The Brink and Simply Yoga & Fitness will be hosting their first joint event at Liverpool’s Bombed Out Church (St. Luke’s) on Sunday 27th August.
Liverpool’s health and wellbeing seekers can now go all out in a day packed with related goings on.
As well as a marathon of wellbeing activities on the inner grounds of the church – yoga, meditation, tai chi, qigong, pilates, gong bath and more, there will also be a host of stalls on the outer grounds showcasing all things organic, vegan, raw, energy-conscious, healthy sweet treats, juices and smoothies, henna, vintage and farmers market.
Further to that punters can see some Recoverist Theatre, The Amazing Push Poems, a human library, experimental art and the Bluegreen garden patch – where kids and adults can get creative with plants and seeds.
Wellbeing activity ticket buyers – purchased online at Eventbrite – are also able to access free treatment and therapies in the Wellness tent. This will include acupressure, massage, reiki and more.
There will be a range of stalls available which people can visit and access information on a number of different activities.
General admission to stalls in the outer grounds is £3, £1 for kids. The more active health-seekers looking to be involved in the wellbeing marathon can purchase their tickets online from Eventbrite where passes are limited.
To round off the festival in the best possible way, a Mass Meditation is scheduled for it’s close at 7pm, hoping to be Liverpool’s first and biggest to date.
